Darwin has recently partnered with American Professional Agency of New York to offer a psychiatrists errors and omissions (E&O) program. The program is written on an admitted basis in most states and geared towards individual practitioners and small groups. Coverage is issued on Darwin National Assurance Company paper where available.

Darwin has recently been selected by the Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) as the preferred E&O insurance provider for the association's members. TMPAA members who purchase Darwin's E&O liability coverage for program specialists through the association may be entitled to a 10% discount on their annual policy premium.
